TERMS OF SERVICE
1. The store
This store sells a single product: Frank the Rabbit, a plush backpack by MANUEL SURVIE, offered at $495 while stock lasts. Prices are shown in US dollars.
2. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
3. Shipping
Frank the Rabbit is made to order and currently taking preorders; please allow approximately 8 weeks — and possibly longer — for fulfillment. We ship to the address entered at checkout, with Standard and Express options available and free shipping on orders over $1,000.00. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
4. Returns
Unused items in new condition and original packaging may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a refund. Contact us before shipping a return; we will provide instructions and the return address.
5. Product care
The product is dry clean only. Damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, or misuse is not covered by refunds.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
